During the 90 minute, immersive somatic experience Crystal will guide the guest through a sonic journey opening the gates of your subconscious to embark on a journey by clearing stuck energies and inviting in the manifestation of new intentions/growth while playing crystal singing bowls, soothing chimes, ocean drum & tuning forks while Melissa shares Reiki aiding in healing & clearing. 

While Reiki Master Melissa Raczka uses gentle hand movements on or hovering above different parts of the body to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as a spiritually guided “life force energy”) through your energetic field to help dissolve clogged energy, reduce stress and promote healing by returning the body, mind and spirit to their natural state. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique used to help a variety of mental, emotional and physical challenges such as insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety and acute or chronic physical pain. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.
