Mind's Eye Mystics Refund Policy

For physical product: Due to the delicate nature of our products all sales are final. In the case of a manufacturer's defect Mind's Eye Mystics LLC will offer store credit for any item returned within 30 days of purchase.

For events, readings, sessions and any other service: Any request to cancel or reschedule your appointment must be made at least 24-hours prior to the event. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made without 24-hours notice will result in the forfeiture of any refund.
