Create space for you to slow down, become centered and present with a guided meditation, open up with a cup of ceremonial cacao, set and surrender intentions, and deeply connect with yourself and others.

It is easiest to connect with the spirit of cacao on an empty stomach and in the absence of other substances (caffeine, alcohol, marijuana, etc). We recommend fasting for at least 2-3 hours before the event and to avoid dairy on the day of the event.

Please send an email to ellisha@mindseyemystic.com ahead of time with any food allergies, if you are taking any prescription medications, including (but not limited to) antidepressant, cardiac, or blood pressure medications, and/or are pregnant or breastfeeding, so we can discuss modifying your cacao dose.

Our intention for this event is to hold space for you to connect with yourself and others on a deeper level, as well as to share the magic of ceremonial cacao. Cacao ("chocolate" in its purest form) is a non-psychedelic plant medicine that produces heart-opening, energizing, grounding, and blissful effects while keeping your mind clear. As such, cacao has a powerful ability to enhance or heal any heart-centered experience, including making it easier to connect with yourself and others around you.

We will begin with a seated, guided meditation, which will allow us to drop into the present moment, become centered, and connect with ourselves. We will then move into the cacao ceremony, where we'll let cacao open our hearts and serve as an ally and support system. After we share our first few sips together, we will give you time to sit with cacao on your own - inviting you to reflect on things you need support with or to gain clarity/direction on, set intentions, pick an oracle card, journal, open a poem book, and surrender intentions over to mama cacao - trusting that everything is now in her hands. We will then open the space for sharing (if you choose; silence is always welcome). After the ceremony, you will continue to feel the thread connecting all participants in the circle, feeling like you all have magic on your side as the spirit of cacao works behind the scenes to ensure your intentions divinely unfold with ease.

No meditation or cacao experience is necessary!
